  • Ask to transfer money or securities externally.
  • Ask for sensitive information we already have on file.
  • Send a one-time passcode (Except to protect you in circumstances where you initiated a request through technologies like Baird Online or DocuSign): If you receive a passcode that you have NOT requested, call our team.

If you receive calls or emails from someone claiming to represent Baird, and it feels suspicious or unusual, please do not engage. Immediately hang up and call our office directly, using the official number you have on record, to verify whether the call or email came from us.
